Job DescriptionJob Summary
Hiring an experienced Site Civil Foreman to supervise site activities and labour, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
- Ensure implementation of construction plans and drawings.
- Allocate work to labourers and subcontractors.
- Monitor productivity and enforce safety compliance.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Minimum 8 years in UAE construction companies
- Inspect materials and tools on-site.
- Coordinate with engineers and site managers for execution.
- Solve minor technical site issues as they arise.
- Diploma or trade certification in Civil Engineering or similar
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in UAE construction projects
- Good knowledge of construction procedures and safety standards
- Effective leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a multicultural workforce
