We are seeking a Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role is suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues or concerns
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly and helpful interactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with calmness and empathy
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as per business need
