Call Center Customer Service Representative

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a UAE National with Family Book as a customer service representative to join our growing team in Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
  • Log all call details, follow up on pending queries, and ensure timely resolution
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets
  • Handle customer concerns tactfully while meeting quality and call-handling standards
  • Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
  • Nationality: UAE Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused mindset
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and meet daily/weekly KPIs
