- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reports.
- Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.
- UAE National with a valid Family Book
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both in Arabic and English
- High School and Above
