Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for clients.
- Book flights, hotels, transportation, tours and travel insurance.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and travel documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Provide travel advice regarding destinations, visa requirements and travel regulations.
- Process reservations, cancellations, amendments and refunds.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, tourism partners and suppliers.
- Monitor travel schedules and assist clients with travel-related issues.
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
- Handle invoicing, payment collection and reconciliation of travel bookings.
- Support sales and marketing activities to promote travel packages and services.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a travel agency or travel management company.
- Strong understanding of airline fares, ticketing, visa procedures, and travel regulations.
