Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or orders. Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow company guidelines and protocols for service quality. Provide feedback on recurring issues to management for improvement. Assist with upselling or cross‑selling products or services when appropriate. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets.
- High school or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic is an advantage - Friendly, professional, and patient attitude
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office
- Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred but freshers can apply
- Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
