Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services in Arabic and English.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain customer records by updating account information.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
* Provide customers with product and service information and solutions.## Requirements
* Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
