Chat Operator - English Speaking (UAE-Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a talented and fluent English speaking Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns via online chat
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services
• Maintaining a friendly and professional tone while communicating with customers
• Building rapport with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
• Collaborating with team members to improve customer experience and increase efficiency

• Must be Indian national currently residing in UAE
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience as a Chat Operator or in customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
