We are currently seeking friendly and enthusiastic Chat Operators to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position that requires no previous experience and is open to candidates of any nationality.

• Respond to customer inquiries through online chat platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers

• Must be fluent in either English or Hindi for Indian candidates, and Arabic for Egyptian candidates
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
