• Engage with customers through online chat platforms in a professional and friendly manner
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately
• Provide product information and assist with placing orders or resolving technical issues
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions
• Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring quality standards are met
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Previous experience as a chat operator or in customer service is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours as this role may require evening or weekend shifts
