• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Maintain a high level of professionalism on all calls and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle complaints or issues with patience and empathy, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
• Make outbound calls to potential clients for sales and marketing purposes
• Update customer database with relevant information obtained during calls
• Meet daily call quotas and targets set by the company

• Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
• Indian nationality preferred
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends
