Chat Operator (English Speaking)
We are currently seeking a Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging and communicating with customers through online chat platforms. This is a contract position, perfect for those without prior experience in this field. We welcome all nationalities to apply and offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms
- Engage in friendly and professional conversations with customers
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and any other queries they may have
- Maintain accurate records of all chat interactions
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis without prior experience
- Visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate
