We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills and a strong background in customer support. This is a part-time position that requires the candidate to have prior experience in managing a support team and handling customer queries.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the support team
• Train, mentor, and guide support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of support operations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

• Indian nationality with excellent English speaking skills
• Prior experience in managing a support team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for tracking customer interactions
