Call Center Operator (Indian/Malayalee) - Urgent Hiring in Ajman, UAE
We are currently seeking experienced and fluent Indian or Malayalee call center operators for our rapidly growing team in Ajman, UAE. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. We are looking for individuals who are able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills in Hindi or Malayalam.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about products and services
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up on customer inquiries if needed
• Escalate any issues or complaints to the appropriate department

• Fluent in Hindi or Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
