Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design solutions, translating client visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Prepare detailed design plans, including space planning, material selections, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, overseeing the procurement of materials and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site visits and inspections, monitoring progress and addressing any design or construction-related issues that arise.
- A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field; a strong foundation in design principles is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, showcasing a portfolio of successful residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar design software; technical skills are crucial for creating detailed plans.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications; knowledge of industry standards is vital.
