Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic civil and construction team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative, functional, and sustainable building solutions that meet client needs and regulatory standards.

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring design excellence and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using the latest CAD and BIM software.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver cohesive and high-quality construction solutions.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and safety regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations relevant to the UAE market.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design within the civil and construction industry, preferably in UAE or the Middle East.
• Strong proficiency in CAD, BIM software (such as AutoCAD, Revit), and other design tools.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
