We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Structural Draftsman with proven experience in the aluminum, steel, and glass industry. The ideal candidate must be capable of preparing accurate fabrication drawings, shop drawings, cutting lists, and technical details required for production and site installation.

Salary: Starting from AED 3,000 per month
, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and overall competency.
- Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists for aluminum, steel, and glass structures.
- Develop accurate structural and technical drawings based on approved designs, architectural drawings, and site requirements.
- Prepare connection details, material specifications, fixing details, and fabrication-related drawings.
- Coordinate with the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure drawings are accurate and practical for production and site execution.
- Interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to avoid discrepancies before fabrication or installation.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations when required to support design and fabrication planning (preferred but not required).
- Revise drawings based on client comments, consultant comments, site conditions, and internal technical requirements.
- Ensure all drawings are properly documented, updated, and issued in accordance with company procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering
, or a related field. - Preferably 3+ years of proven experience as a Structural Draftsman in the aluminum, steel, and glass industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
; knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Sketch Up, 3ds Max
, or other rendering/design software is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
- Good understanding of structural load considerations, material specifications, connection details, and fixing methods.
- Familiarity with fabrication and installation processes for aluminum, steel, glass, pergolas, canopies, and related structural works.
- Ability to read, understand, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in preparing drawings for aluminum pergolas, steel structures, glass works, canopies, skylights, or outdoor shade structures.
- Experience working with fabrication and site installation teams.
- UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.
