Senior Growth Manager - EdTech French Fluent 🇫🇷

About the roleWe are looking for a hands‑on Head Of Growth who can ideate, copy, design strategy, and launch experiments directly. You will build and own a data‑driven revenue engine, turn insights into measurable growth, and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer‑Market Fit.
- Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t; refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
- Architect funnels and campaigns; set up tracking, audit flows, ensure the machine works before scaling budgets.
- Lead relentless CRO & A/B testing: design, launch, analyze tests, hunt friction points, implement fixes.
- Explore and scale channels: oversee paid social, identify next winning acquisition channels, collaborate with content factory.
- Design and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, content.
- Solve growth problems across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
- Lead the growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) as a “Player‑Coach.” Provide strategy, copy angles, technical guidance, and hire/train talent.
- Align sales and revenue quality: focus on high‑intent leads; set up feedback cycles; prioritize appointments over CPL.
- GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and other analytics platforms.
- LTV / CAC ratio
- Funnel conversion rates by stage
- X experiments launched per week
- Conversion rates 2Ă— better than baseline.
- Continuous growth experimentation.
- A predictable growth engine.
- Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product.
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improved revenue, activation, or conversion.
- Growth diagnosis & system thinking.
- Persuasion & behavioral insight.
- Analytical proficiency.
- Curiosity: deep dive into user behavior.
- Hands‑on execution.
- Precision and clarity.
- Agility: rapid iteration of insights into tests.
- French: native / bilingual.
- English: fluent; written communication in English.
