Job Requirements

• Must possess a terminal PhD from an internationally recognized, AACSB-accredited institution, explicitly supported by a verified UAE MOHESR (Ministry of Education) degree equivalency certificate.
• Demonstrated history of high-impact academic research, requiring a minimum of 3 recent publications in Scopus Q1 or Q2 ranked journals to directly support the university's QS ranking initiatives.
• Exceptional classroom communication skills with a proven track record of maintaining high student retention rates and securing top-tier student evaluation scores (minimum 4.0/5.0).

• Deliver rigorous, CAA-compliant undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, actively utilizing the Blackboard LMS for grading, syllabus distribution, and student performance tracking.
• Drive the department's research output by continuously publishing in high-impact journals, securing external funding grants, and actively presenting at recognized international academic conferences.
• Serve on internal college committees, advising students on academic probation, and rigidly enforcing university academic integrity policies to prevent plagiarism and examination fraud.
