Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor development programs accordingly.
- Design and implement engaging training modules utilizing various multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions that encourage active participation and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to drive improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Professional certifications such as CPLP, SHRM-CP, or ATD are highly desirable.
- Experience in instructional design and familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms is essential.
