• Conduct and publish high‑quality scholarly research in recognized journals, conferences, and other academic outlets.

• Supervise student research and scholarly activities while promoting ethical research practices and academic excellence.
• Provide academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to support students’ academic, research, and career development.
• Participate in academic governance, committee work, policy development, and institutional strategic initiatives.
• Provide academic leadership and contribute to faculty development, peer review, and knowledge‑sharing activities.

• Minimum 10 years of teaching and research experience in the field of specialization in a reputed institution.
• At least 2 years of experience for academic administration.
• Proven academic leadership and committee participation experience.

• Ph.D. in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Professional memberships, industry certifications, or relevant credentials will be considered an advantage.
