• Observe regular classrooms quietly to identify students who are secretly struggling with dyslexia, ADHD, or basic speech delays.
• Pull small groups of weak students out of the main class for focused, 30-minute interactive reading and phonics recovery sessions.
• Train regular subject teachers on how to handle emotional meltdowns and adjust their daily homework tasks for special needs children.

• Educational Degree: A formal Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) focusing on Special Education or a dedicated SEN diploma is strictly required by the Ministry of Education.

  Repeating the exact same basic alphabet lesson for several weeks without getting angry or frustrated at the slow progress.
• Parental Empathy:
  Speaking very gently and professionally to parents who might be in deep denial about their child's learning disability.

• Basic Income: 4,000 to 5,500 AED fixed monthly salary, depending strongly on previous UAE inclusion department experience.
