• Teach correct pencil grip techniques to help young students trace the English alphabet and basic numbers accurately.
• Arrange small sleeping mats quietly on the carpet area during the scheduled afternoon rest periods.

• Educational Degree: A formal Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) specifically focusing on Early Childhood Education is strictly required by the Ministry of Education.
• High Energy:
  Standing, jumping, and sitting on the floor with children for several hours a day requires excellent physical stamina and a very positive mood.
• Parental Communication:
  Speaking politely and professionally to parents during weekly meetings to discuss minor behavioral issues or eating habits.
