Job Description / Role:
The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Finance, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2026–27 academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate Finance courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement.
- Share current industry practices, professional standards, and workplace experiences
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning.
- Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials.
- Design innovative and practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
- Integrate practical applications, business cases, simulations, and emerging industry trends into classroom learning.
- Promote effective collaboration with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community.
- Inspire and motivate students to develop finance competencies and professional growth.
Experience
Required:
- A minimum of five years of relevant professional / industry experience; previous teaching experience is welcome but not essential.
Education
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CPA, ICEAW etc.)
Skills Required:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A strong commitment to ethical and professional practice
