Strengthen essay writing across all three areas, including thesis development, paragraph structure, evidence selection, analysis, evaluation and balanced conclusions.

Teach students to use subject-specific terminology accurately and distinguish description from analysis, application and evaluation.

Prepare students for class assessments, mocks and formal examinations through targeted revision, retrieval practice, past-paper questions and mark-scheme analysis.

Teach exam technique including command words, timing, source/data-response strategy, essay planning, diagram use and evaluative conclusions.

Support recognised pathways such as GCSE/IGCSE, A Level, IB MYP/DP, American high school and AP-style English, Humanities or Economics courses where relevant to the tutor's verified experience.

Provide concise progress feedback identifying strengths, misconceptions and clear next priorities.

Maintain academic-integrity boundaries and do not complete assessed essays, coursework, internal assessments or examinations on the student's behalf.

A recognised degree in English, Humanities, History, Geography, Economics, Social Sciences, Education or a closely related field.

Demonstrable subject competence to teach English, at least two Humanities areas, and Economics at the school levels stated in the application.

Minimum 2 years of relevant classroom teaching, tutoring, academic-support or subject-specialist experience.

Experience with at least one recognised international curriculum or examination pathway such as British GCSE/IGCSE/A Level, IB, American or AP.

Strong academic writing, reading-comprehension, source-analysis, data-response and critical-evaluation skills.

Confidence teaching core school-level Economics concepts, diagrams, calculations and evidence-based evaluation.

Ability to explain complex ideas clearly, diagnose skill gaps and adapt teaching to different ages, attainment levels and learning profiles.

Strong professional communication, punctuality, safeguarding awareness and respect for academic integrity.

Legal authorisation to provide private tutoring in the UAE and a valid MOHRE Private Tutor Work Permit, or eligibility to obtain the permit before accepting assignments.

Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to students' homes or approved learning venues in Ajman.
