We are looking for an inspiring early years educator who can create a warm, stimulating and engaging learning environment where young children feel safe, supported and excited to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical and academic development.
- Encourage learning through play, exploration and creative activities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual learning needs.
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and professional conduct.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,
1+ Years
work experience Requirements
- A recognised teaching qualification in Early Years Education, Kindergarten or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching KG or Early Years within a British curriculum school is highly desirable.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child-centred teaching practices.
- Excellent communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and a commitment to contributing to a growing school community.
