Land surveyor

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and mapping land using the latest technologies in order to ensure the accuracy of our mapping data. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills, and must have good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with colleagues and clients.

• Collecting accurate data by measuring angles, distances, elevations, directions, and other related information using specialized equipment
• Analyzing survey data to identify construction issues or discrepancies
• Preparing reports, maps, charts, drawings, and other documents to present findings
• Maintaining records of surveys including boundary lines and corners on property parcels
• Assisting with boundary dispute resolution
• Monitoring construction projects for compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Using computer software to generate maps from survey data collected in the field
• Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, planners, etc.

• Previous experience as a Land Surveyor is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to consider applicants with no prior experience
• Technical skills in using surveying equipment (GPS systems)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design (CAD) software is preferred
• Ability to read plans or drawings accurately
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1200 AED per month. We welcome applications from immigrants who meet all the requirements listed above.
