Land Surveyor - Ajman, UAE

We are searching for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting and overseeing land surveys to determine property boundaries, positioning of structures and natural features on the land, and to provide data for mapmaking and construction projects.

• Conducting land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levels
• Analyzing survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
• Interpreting the legal documents related to property boundaries
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to carry out construction projects
• Conducting research on previous surveys, land records, and other data sources to ensure accuracy of results
• Maintaining accurate records of survey data and preparing reports for clients or government agencies
• Adhering to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys in various locations

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in UAE or similar environment
• Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levels
• Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary package of 1300 USD per month along with accommodation.
