We are seeking a qualified Facility Management Engineer MEP to manage and oversee maintenance and operations of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day MEP maintenance operations across facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems).
- Electrical systems: LV systems, panels, lighting, UPS.
- Plumbing systems: water supply, drainage, pumps.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Conduct fault finding, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance works.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA KPI requirements.
- Ensure adherence to facility and construction safety standards (HSE).
- Perform inspections and audits of MEP systems and services.
- Prepare maintenance reports, logs and documentation.
- Use CAFM/CMMS for records and planning.
- Support minor projects, upgrades and system improvements.
- Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns and emergencies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 7–12 years of Facilities Management / MEP Maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience (mandatory).
- Experience in FM companies / property management / infrastructure preferred.
- Expertise in HVAC systems and maintenance.
- Electrical distribution systems.
- Plumbing and water systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Building systems and MEP coordination.
- Safety & Compliance.
- Good knowledge of Facility Management safety standards.
- Construction safety regulations (UAE).
- HSE procedures and compliance.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Ability to handle multiple sites.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification.
- Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems.
- GCC experience preferred.
