Facility Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end facilities management operations across telecom infrastructure including offices, technical buildings, and data centers. The role requires strong expertise in MEP systems, vendor management, and service delivery excellence.

• Manage overall facilities operations, hard and soft services across multiple sites.
• Ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, UPS, Generators).
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA KPI targets.
• Handle breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage and evaluate FM contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost control, and optimization initiatives.
• Lead and manage teams of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Maintain reports, audits, and documentation using CAFM CMMS systems.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure high service quality.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 10+ years in Facilities Management; experience in Telecom / Data Centers / Large FM operations preferred. GCC/UAE experience is an advantage.

• Good communication skills (Arabic preferred, English mandatory).

• NEBOSH / IOSH
• CFM (Certified Facility Manager)
• PMP (added advantage)

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Willing to travel across multiple sites.
