Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and identifying potential delays.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders—including architects, contractors, and clients—to resolve issues proactively.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, ensuring a solid technical foundation.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects, demonstrating practical knowledge of the industry.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are highly desirable, showcasing commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, reflecting strong collaborative abilities in diverse environments.
- Must be an immediate joiner and in UAE.
