Plant Engineer; UAE Nationals

Job Description

Provide technical support for the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment while supervising workshop personnel and distributing work among teams. Ensure adequate spare parts inventory by ordering and managing stock levels. Diagnose complex equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs while monitoring the progress of maintenance jobs. Maintain compliance with HSE regulations in the workshop and on site, ensuring all team members follow safety procedures.

Report maintenance activities and equipment status to site management and ensure all required records are properly maintained.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience working with construction or heavy equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of construction and heavy equipment systems.
• Experience with ERP systems for maintenance and inventory management.
• Familiarity with equipment diagnostic platforms such as CAT SIS, MyLiebherr or similar systems.
• Working knowledge of CAD software.
