Drafter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Precast Draftsman with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in precast concrete detailing and drafting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, production drawings, and erection drawings for precast concrete elements while coordinating with engineers, project managers, and production teams.

• Prepare detailed precast concrete shop drawings, assembly drawings, and erection drawings.
• Develop reinforcement detailing and embedment layouts based on engineering specifications.
• Review structural and architectural drawings to ensure accurate precast detailing.
• Coordinate with design engineers, project managers, and production teams to resolve drawing‑related issues.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.
• Revise drawings based on client comments, engineering changes, and site requirements.
• Maintain drawing records and document control throughout project execution.
• Assist in quantity take‑offs and material estimation when required.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Precast Draftsman in the precast concrete industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar detailing software is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of precast concrete components, reinforcement detailing, and production processes.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
