We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer (Precast) to join our dynamic team in Ajman, UAE
.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in precast concrete estimation
- GCC experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of precast production processes and installation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Cost Estimation and Analysis for precast concrete projects
- Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from drawings and project documents
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for precast concrete projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Analyze project requirements and scope
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams
- Monitor material and labor costs
- Prepare cost reports and support tendering and management decisions
