Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance activities ensuring optimal building system performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of MEP equipment.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a high‑performing team.
- Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources for repairs, upgrades, and supplies.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or similar MEP certifications.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
