Have extensive experience in tendering and proposal management for electrochlorination, desalination, water treatment or EPC projects.
Demonstrate strong commercial and contractual understanding. Be capable of driving winning bid strategies and managing multidisciplinary proposal teams. Possess excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
Have hands‑on experience in electrochlorination systems, desalination plants, or water treatment projects. Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals and problem‑solving capabilities. Be capable of preparing engineering calculations, technical documentation, and design deliverables.
