Position: Engineering Coordinator

Location: Ajman

• Support the daily operations of the Engineering Department.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare engineering reports, purchase requests, and departmental documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Maintain engineering inventory and spare parts records.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance costs and departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and resort standards.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
