Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land and property, assessing the boundaries and other characteristics of land, using GPS systems, measuring equipment, and other materials. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 AED.

• Identify land boundaries using various technologies such as GPS systems or aerial photographs.
• Carry out detailed surveys on construction sites for topographic, boundary or cadastral purposes.
• Analyze survey data obtained from topographical surveys to determine legal boundary lines.
• Prepare detailed reports with calculations related to the surveyed area or proposed structures.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data including measurements, photographs, and information collected from field work.
• Utilize sound judgement when making decisions related to the survey work.
• Remain compliant with all local regulations when performing survey work as well as health and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
• At least one year of professional experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD
• Ability to use advanced measuring instruments such as total stations and EDMs
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
