Land Surveyor - Ajman

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide accurate data for construction projects in Ajman. Your duties will include using specialized equipment to measure and map land features, analyzing data to create maps and reports, and providing guidance on proper land use and development. You must have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

This position does not require English proficiency, but you must have a biometric passport and be an African national. Accommodation will not be provided with this position.

• Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
• Analyze data collected from surveys to create accurate maps and reports
• Provide guidance on proper land use and development according to local regulations
• Work with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and reports
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
• Ensure all work is conducted safely and adhere to industry standards

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
• Strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment operation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other mapping software
• Knowledge of local regulations regarding land use and development in Ajman
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other professionals
• Must have a biometric passport
