Qualifications and Skills
Any Bachelors Degree
Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance activities, ensuring optimal building system performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of MEP equipment.
Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources for repairs, upgrades, and supplies.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or similar MEP certifications.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
