- Conduct pre-sales site visits and collect technical data
- Prepare cost estimations and quotations for fire alarm and fire fighting systems
- Provide technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Attend and resolve emergency breakdown calls promptly
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for effective service delivery
- Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence requirements and company standards
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fire alarm and/or fire fighting systems.
- Good knowledge of UAE Civil Defence requirements.
- Knowledge of system components, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and support quotation preparation.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
