Job SummaryAjman is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing company, with a salary of 1100. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for developing and designing new products, while also troubleshooting existing ones. You will also be responsible for assembling and testing prototypes in order to ensure that they meet the required standards.
In addition, you will be working closely with other teams such as design and manufacturing to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of the Mechanical Engineer is to design new products from concept through completion in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. This involves researching customer needs, developing concepts from sketches or specifications, creating models using CAD software, preparing engineering drawings for component parts or assemblies and conducting tests to evaluate performance criteria such as strength or cost-effectiveness. In addition you will be required to troubleshoot existing components or systems where necessary in order to improve their performance or efficiency.
QualificationsWe are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with at least 1 year’s experience in the field working on complex projects requiring strong technical skills coupled with good problem solving abilities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) along with knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Solid Works. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team environment.
Previous experience travelling overseas for business purposes is beneficial but not mandatory for this role.
