Kids Entertainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a fun, energetic, and creative Kids Entertainer (Animator) to join our team in a waterpark environment at Gladiators Academy Center, Ajman, UAE. The role focuses on engaging children and families through interactive activities such as face painting, games, and live entertainment, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable guest experience.

• Perform face painting, balloon twisting, and simple arts & crafts activities.
• Organize and lead kids' games, water activities, and interactive entertainment sessions.
• Engage with children and families in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
• Assist in hosting birthday parties, special events, and themed entertainment programs.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of children during all activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity and entertainment areas.
• Support daily entertainment schedules and special events as assigned.

• Previous experience as a Kids Entertainer, Animator, Recreation Staff, or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Skills in face painting, balloon art, dancing, singing, or children’s entertainment are preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing, creative, and passionate about working with children.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Well‑presented, friendly, and a strong team player.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor/waterpark environment.

• Experience working in water parks, hotels, resorts, or family entertainment centers.
• Basic First Aid certification.

Full‑time, in‑person position located in Ajman, UAE.
