Treasury Section Manager

My client is looking for a qualified Treasury Section Manager to join a government entity in Ajman.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in treasury operations, cash flow management, liquidity planning and investment management.

• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and treasury operations.
• Manage government bank accounts and banking relationships.
• Supervise Treasury Single Account operations and ensure efficient cash management.
• Manage surplus cash investments and maximise returns while mitigating financial risks.
• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures and financial reporting frameworks.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the treasury team, ensuring effective performance and compliance.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of treasury management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and financial risk.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
