Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a Bachelor’s Degree specifically in Public Health, Food Science, or Environmental Health from a legally recognized university.
• Strict requirement to hold an active UAE Light Vehicle Driving License, as this role demands continuous daily travel across various commercial and industrial zones.
• Proven certification in advanced hygiene standards, specifically holding a Level 4 PIC (Person in Charge) credential or formal HACCP auditing qualifications.

• Execute aggressive, unannounced hygiene and safety audits across all restaurants, cafeterias, and commercial food manufacturing plants within the emirate.
• Instantly issue official government warning notices, financial fines, or facility closure orders to business owners who fail to meet strict federal health regulations.
• Investigate serious public complaints regarding food poisoning or unsanitary commercial practices, logging all evidence and reports directly into the centralized municipal database.

• Highly reliable, tax-free monthly base salary (8,000 - 13,000 AED) strictly aligned with the official government pay scale and technical experience level.
