Manicure & Pedicure Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services according to salon standards.
• Clean, shape, trim and polish fingernails and toenails.
• Apply nail polish, gel polish, nail treatments and basic nail art as requested.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by sterilizing tools and sanitizing workstations before and after each client.
• Assess clients' nail and skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment.
• Maintain adequate stock of nail care products and inform management when supplies need replenishing.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest nail care techniques, trends and products.
• Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow salon policies, appointment schedules and grooming standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a high-quality salon experience.

• Proven experience as a Manicure & Pedicure Technician.
• Knowledge of nail care techniques, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Relevant beauty therapy or nail technician certification is an advantage.
