Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in specialized units (ICU/HDU/VIP/CCC/MICU).
* Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document patient conditions accurately.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
* Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
* Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide critical care support.## Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse, preferably in critical care units.
* Valid nursing license in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility to obtain one.
* Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
