Job
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment protocols for patients who are injured or have disabilities.
- Design individualized treatment plans based on the patient’s individual needs.
- Administer physical therapy treatments such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, hot/cold packs, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, etc.
- Monitor patient progress by administering tests and measurements to measure strength, range of motion, balance, coordination and endurance.
- Educate patients about their condition and how to prevent further injuries or disabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential.
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English language proficiency.
