Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care by dispensing prescriptions, providing advice on medications, and delivering quality customer service.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong understanding of pharmacology. In addition, they should be knowledgeable about the laws and regulations that govern the practice of pharmacy in the UAE.

• Dispense medications accurately according to prescription instructions
• Answer patient questions regarding dosage, side effects, ingredients, and availability of medications
• Provide advice on health-related issues such as disease prevention and treatments
• Monitor patient health status by evaluating potential drug interactions or therapeutic incompatibilities
• Ensure correct handling of drugs by checking expiry dates as well as product quality
• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing activities
• Keep up to date with changes in drug formularies or new drugs
• Stay informed about new medical developments

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification from an accredited educational institution
• Valid UAE Pharmacy license or equivalent qualification from another country
• Excellent knowledge of pharmacology principles and practices
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English language (verbal & written)
• Preference will be given to foreign candidates
