Customer Service Representative

- 1-2 years of front-office experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Good knowledge of insurance verification, pre-authorizations, billing, co-payments, deductibles, and claims follow-up.
- Previous experience in Mental Health, Psychiatry, or Psychology clinics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Empathetic, professional, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
